About Nina Hollon

Nina is the CEO & Founder of Catalyst Learning Strategies. She is a Certified Learning Strategist and Fractional Learning Executive who consults with companies that are in need of strategic direction for their Learning & Development.

She specializes in working with companies who are going through a merger, acquisition or business change that need strategic training roadmaps developed and delivered to successfully take the company through their transformation.

Nina lives in Maine, where she grew up, and currently lives on a lake with her two yellow labs. Nina has also lived and worked in New York City Los Angeles and San Francisco and her work has allowed her to lead training across the U.S. and internationally.
