About Nina

Nina is the CEO & Founder of Catalyst Learning Strategies. She is a Certified Learning Strategist and Fractional Learning Executive who consults as a Fractional Chief Learning Officer for companies who are in need of strategic direction for Learning & Development in their company. She specializes in working with companies who are going through a merger, acquisition or business change that need strategic training roadmaps developed and delivered to successfully take the company through their transformation.

Where

Nina lives in Maine, where she grew up, and currently lives on a lake with her two yellow labs. Nina has also lived and worked in New York City Los Angeles and San Francisco and her work has allowed her to lead training across the U.S. and internationally.

Also

At home, Nina enjoys reading, kayaking, playing piano, hiking and supporting
local charities. She seeks to constantly develop her network and is a member of The Association of Talent Development, the Financial Women’s Association and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.

Managed training organizations of 500+ people, oversaw training for international divisions, and has been a main-stage speaker for the majority of her career.
Developed the “Transformational Training Toolkit & Program” based on her significant experience and lessons learned in training through mergers & business change.
Actively consults & advises medium to large size companies in financial services.
